Well, when you see this title, please do not misunderstand it as a job searching notice, I wish you could actually. LOL. I have been scanning many job-hunting websites for almost half months in Shanghai, but guess what, no satisfying results yet. "I am looking for internships" is my everyday reply to my friends. What's wrong with us, the graduating students? I strongly believe I can labor hard as every work man does, undoubtedly . Then, I have a bachelor degree, of course eveyone does. And next, it is my self-introduction,I am...I come from... my strength...I am fond of...because...blah blah blah...which seems a piece of cake. Can some HR officer see any difference from this? Only annoyance left. I can not deny that it does have some intern for me, which I would call it as an odd job, or only short time labor force filling, are you kidding me? I am prepared to have a formal intern, I want to be involved in your company, and I want to.... Can you be serious? No jokes pls. I do not want be that kind of telemarketing, it is not because telemarketing is not good enough, just caz it doesn't fit me. Please be nice to the graduating students, the only need is equal chance, no cheating. I am afraid some day they will be disappointed to this so-called glorious world, which is not the full-of-dreams world imagined in university. I really have no choice but to wait, wait one day, two days... Someone told me to calm down, but how? Are you satisfied with your job or intern or even life? Or are you looking forward to job-hopping? Finally, I realize I am just nobody who can not embrace so many hopes due to cruel reality which I have turned up my nose at it before. Now, I kind of admit it, no, I will not. I will contine to keep my head up. Do not scorn graduating students, even thought they do not have such worldly experience as you want, at least they hold pure dreams in their mind, and fantasize its realization. However this society tells you to put your dreams aside which only will block you. Damn so young so naive! It is not that I demand too much, you may think in this way, or I am not that down-to-earth girl, it is only because I imagine this beautiful world too much. Really? I try to comfort myself in this way.Pls feel free to talk and give this poor little girl some advice! whatever you are a student, or a teacher or a white collar....

My classmate, S, is a big fan of Korean stars, especially EXO. Yesterday, she sit through the class and then rushed to the station to go to Shanghai to see another concert of EXO. You can see from this that she is very persistent and insane. Almost all of her clothes are wrriten the sigh of EXO, and the posts above her bed are of handsome guys. She can recite all the details connected with these stars passionately. Amazing, ha! The only excuse to do this is YOUTH. It seems that we youngsters should and have to do something crazy, even which turns out wrong deed and leads to miserable result. I bet that we know before we decide to do it. In this age, we are too eager to be the eccentric instead of ordinary youngsters. We are so afraid of being this kind of geek who are obedient to normal track of life. We want to take a bush at adventurous things and never turn back even knocking into the wall. The definition of youth is try although our bodies have been black and blue. I was wondering is she on the way to both the perk and trough of her youth? In her heart, does she really know what is going on and what should be really down? To me, I also lead an obscure life, I do not know where to go as well. However, I think the emergency thing to do is to invest in one's own, but not waste time on who is dating who, or going after these guys we can not reach. I really want to tell her that wake up and be ready to pursue real dream that can be seen. I admit that, to some extent, these stars can give us an illusion to look forward to our golden years and give us a glimmer of hope. Always remember: avoid idol worship, invest in you yourself, period.

Nowadays, house means far more than a place for warmth and rest in China, which has become an external manifestation of one's fortune and social status. Most women would find it risky and unacceptable to get married without a flat. What's more, woman would be more interested in where the house locates and how many square meters it is than a man himself. Here are several stories which happened around me. Story 1 Mr J is a handsome man with a well-paid job in Beijing. Two years ago, Mr J met a girl Miss L who just came back after graduation in Britain. They both had a big crush on each other and had a great fun for a whole year. However, Mr J holds that he cann't afford a house in Beijing for Miss L who always has a life of privilege. Hence, Mr J broke up with his lover because he can not have a steady life in Beijing. Now, Mr J's only heed is paid to earn money as much as he can, so one day he will own a big house in a big city , and finally get married. Story 2 Originally, Mrs A rent an appearance house which is to do some business. In order to expand her business, she intends to buy the rent one and purchase another house for her son who just came back from the vet. A few days ago, Mrs A told me that there are many matchmakers introduce girls to her son. I asked " Do you worry that some girls pays much attention to your houses rather than your dear son?" She replied " Well, if you do not have a house, there is nothing to talk about, let alone tie the knot." I'm amazed about her practical but reasonable answer. What matters most in marriage? House or true love? Is this a stupid question? Story 3 After a quarrel, Miss G does not want to reconcile with her boyfriend any more. But all relatives persuade her that she should take the chance and marry her current boyfriend, siince that man has an old house in Nanjing. In other words, she is going to be rich one day when the old house is demolished. Now the wedding day is fixed. I do not want to show you how worldly Chinese girls are! That is not my purpose, period. Chinese girls may be more practical and mature to choose a guy for getting married in order to lead a better life. I am stll shocked about the strictly utilitarian role of a house plays, which is beyond the flowing emotion from bottom of hearts. If you ask me am I willing to get married without a house, I am not sure. WILL YOU?

The purpose of this post is to encourage more Chinese who are eager for improving English, making friends, and sharing opinions to join in this forum. Improving English I have to say this forum is a good platform for you to be close to English. More than half of the blogs are written by native English speakers, so you can learn more natural expressions. Some Chinese bloggers possess strong writing ability, too. When you read their posts, you may have such impulse that you want to be awesome as they are. Making friends I believe that no one will be annoyed because of his too many friends in this world. Learning from friends is the best way to acquire knowledge easily, which is different from school level system or the silent books. Just as Confucians said, if three of us walking together, at least one of the other two is good enough to be my teacher. Here I want to give a list of some of my blog friends. ColinSpeakman: he is a very diligent man, almost one day, one post. His post is a must list for you to read every day. 财神:I dare to say, he is the only man here using Chinese name ( although not a Chinese guy) His dream is to change China’s economy. What a great man! His today’s post is out of my expectation, especially the horrible photo. What an evil man! SEARU: he is a deep thinker who is cynical to China’s education and wants to bring some changes. He wants the students to acquire knowledge in a happy way. He will encourage you to work hard in the forum. Teamkrejados: From her smile, you might know she is a very nice woman. (I am still waiting her to tell me what’s the beautiful meaning of my name.) Maierwei: Just like her head portrait, she can not wait to shout out her opinions. She is a cool girl. Snowipine: I was touched by his little poem called Alike to the peach like red. ( I considered it as a poem, although he denied) So on so forth Sharing opinions I always hold that the ideas you want to express are more important, which lead others to forget your clumsy grammar. So please try to have a first post, then you will be used to writing blog regularly. Just do it. I am on your side. You can share the typical Chinese phenomena to others, and at the same time you access to know more foreign countries. This will help you to form a habit, thinking. I think, for many friends, blog is part of their daily life. So Chinese youngsters, please join us and enjoy together, which is much interesting than Korean TV series and online shopping.

There is a Chinese saying goes, male chase female like climbing a huge mountain, whereas female chase male like eating a piece of cake. Apparently, not all Chinese sayings are totally right. It's much hard for a girl to go after a boy. Once upon a time, we classmates hung out together. Our monitor asked a question, if you like some guy, will you chase him actively? Most girls shook their heads, you know what does this action mean in China. I was amazed that only one girl shouted out that she would try her best to say it out. That girl was me. It seemed that I was an idiot. I was not so conserved as all girls have in their eyes. What's wrong with all girls? Or should I say what happened to me? Come on, girls. What if you encounter a boy who is so attractive? Are you willing to be shackled by the traditional concepts, and be confined in your own well? Only because your gender is female. What a rudiculous thing it is! We are the new-era girls now. You know, most girls are considerate to boys who are crazy on them, even though they do not like, or loathe them. (at least I am that kind of girl). Because girls are more sensitive. To this point, many boys finally make it through great efforts. However, if a girl decides to pursue a boy, not only does she suffer a lot from the surroundings, also she should make a good preparation to face a rational guy. I always hold that I do whatever I like. Who cares the gender? What's your opinion? Please feel free to share yours. This is a picture from the movie called Flipped, it tells a story about a little girl chasing a boy. You should have a look. It is gorgeous!

If the last blog is just some skills I want to share, this one I must tell you something hidden in my heart about almost thousands of exams I've taken. When you see my former one, you may conclude that this girl enjoys the damn exam madly. Indeed, please wait, here is real emotion bursting out from my hearts of heart. Obviously, I can not bracket this four letter word with love together. This decade years, I have tried my best to love it, but in contrary, I don't have a crush on it once, even worse, somehow, I am afraid of it. I fear that the low grades would humiliate me before class. I worry that my parents would compare my poor grades with the neighbourhood kids'. What's worse, I am strongly instilled that the cold numbers have some connection with my future, to some degree. When taking a course, the first thing we are concerned is that how the exam goes, what content the exam involves, and what percentage of exam occupies. Here, maybe you also perceive an atmosphere of utilitarianism among the innocent students. To this point, not only does the exam isolate us from real learning, but also it brings us far away from knowledge sharing. Who cares the learning process? Unfortunately, if you get low grades, your teachers and classmates may see you in different light. However, in contrary, some high grades students always get an extra care from the surroundings. What's wrong with our education? I strongly believe that the students who sit in the last row are not bad atudents. What a ridiculous thing it is! We should have this boundary line that some are good, some are not. The only criteria is the numbers. Can you bear it? This kind judgment will impose a far-reaching impact on students, some of them are arrogance, some inferior. Anyway, I can not shout out that acquring knowledge is just for pleasure, because I am from the secular world, so do you. Nevertheless, can we observe students without colored lens? The so-called bad students have their own oyster. The fellows laugh at them only because they do not know what the pythagorean power is. How dare you! We must remember there are many colors in this world not only white and black. If only two colors, the world is going to be tedious. The most sarcastic thing is that our psychology is worse than before. We are not brave enough to take a challenge, even believe in ourselves. What's more, we have no enthusiasm to debate with our teachers about the correct answer. We are habited to this cramming teaching. I just wish the exam will leave a good impression on the future generatioins. At least it is also the four letter word just as love.

when it comes to exam, chinese students have mixed feelings. Even to the top students, they also have a little bit text anxiety. Unlike the frequent texts, and the cruel remark list hanging on the one side of blackboard in high school, the exam in university seems like a piece of cake, the precondition is that you work madly hard for the final in the last half month. After fifteen days exam orientation, I do have a lot of things to share with you. 1. When the 18th week has come, you must realize that the final is approaching. So the 18th is very essential, because at this time, the teachers will tell you types of questions and the focus of all books. You'll see even the absences keep their notes handy. 2. If your objective is only to pass the exam, you can sit back and realx. No high grades, no worries. But, wait, if you are looking forward to the scholarship, you need to make a review plan and carry out seriously. For me, I must tell you that I have kept my computer and Kindle away for a long time. Compared to the exam, the news, the bbc online and all the extricurricular books are nothing. 3. For our language-learners, the only thing you need to do is to recite. Bearing all the vocabularies, sentences in mind lay a good foundation for the beginning. Then, you are capable of retelling the stories and values of famous novels, such as Vanity Fair witten by Thakeray. 4. During the exam-preparing period, you also need to keep calm so as to guarantee good mental state. What's more, you should try to give a small prize after heavy work. For example, my friend and I will go to a cafe or an ice cream shop. As you have seen, my feelings about exam are far more good than its bad aspects. Although indeed I am also synical about chinese exam system. Maybe I will show you on next blog. I have to say I am really abundant during that time and everything is organized well, which leads me to think aout the postgraduate exam.

Online education

2014-07-02

Nowadays, with the emerging of the MOOC, online education is ubiquitous in both famous and general universities. In my opinion, this phenomenon has more merits than its disadvantages. Firstly, online education can in a large way save the cost. As we all know, education cost accounts for a large part of country fiance and family expense, which impose a great pressure on both our country and parents. To this point, I strongly hold that this way can alleviate the tense of atmosphere of the blundering society. Hence, education is not related much to money, instead it is a simple knowledge-sharing Eden. In addition to the cost-saving advantage, the large resource of online education also plays a strictly utilitarian role in students learning. The online education can supply rich training materials and high quality lessons, so that students can receive the information and share the knowledge from all over the world as much as possible. At the same time, students can get the learning resource through clicking the simple button, which somehow can save their time and energy and have more flexible self arrangements. Apart from the distinct merits, there are also some blatant disadvantages which we can not close our eyes to. For example, there will be less and even no communication between the students and teachers, which will kill the creativity and self thinking of students. At the same time, because the form of online education is learning by oneself, students will have no chance to interact with the other fellows, which to some degree will hinder the process of acquirement. In a nutshell, online education really change the way of teaching and has injected the freshness of traditional one. However, we can not ignore the benefits the traditional eduction had produced on us. The best way I think is to combine the two ways to our study in a proper way.
