Bengali Settlers sets fire at Jumma Peoples house at Taindong of Matiranga Upazilla in Khagrachari. We got the news that today on 03rd August at 3pm of Bangladesh time some hundreds of Bengali Settlers attacked on Jumma People and sets fire at houses of 4 villages. More than 200 houses of Jumma People have been gutted by fire.The Village name is Monodas Para, Boga Para. Bandarshing Para and Sorbeswar Para.Hundreds of Jumma People fled from their house and tried to take shelter at the Border of India.The Asian Centre For Human Rights(ACHR), A Asia based Human Rights organisation reported, One indigenous person was killed, four other indigenous people were seriously injured and about 500 indigenous peoples houses were destroyed in the attacks as per the latest report received by Asian Centre for Human Rights.The ACHR also told, "About 1,500 Chakmas and Tripuris are currently camping at the gates along the Indo-Bangladesh border fencing in Silachari area under Tripura, trying to find refuge in India. Bangladesh gain Independence after a nine months long arms resistance against Pakistan Force in 16 December of 1971. But after independence But many collaborators who helped Pakistan were went unpunished. After long 41 years the conscious people of Bangladesh now showing their arrogance. A few years ago Bangladesh Government formed International War Crimes Tribunal to punish those who were involved in Crimes, like Killings, Rape, Genocide etc. during 1971 Independent war, against those who were involved in independence movement. 10 days ago the Tribunal declared life time imprisonment of a war time collaborator who was accused of involved in killings, rape and also massacres.But the Youths of Bangladesh, who are mainly active in Online and Internet blog, in a rapid move gathered in Capital Dhaka at Shahbag Square area and expressed their protest. After in a day the protest turned to human sea of thousands and it is still ongoing. They have been staying there for 9 days and still it is ongoing. The protest spread all over the country of many more Districts. But the political party, Jamayat-e-Islami, that collaborated during war in 1971 with Pakistan is also trying to be active. I am distressed today. In the morning I woke up and tried to make some study. But I noticed out of the house many people are making hullabaloo. Why they are in such out cry? I tried to listen. The people are saying that they saw a lump of a just born dead child body. May be someone abandoned it. I went out side and saw it, but I felt scared and came in my room. Later may be the people dig it in mud.I felt sick, I felt nervous. But nothing to do. I am now trying to forget it.

I got the news a few hours ago(25 january, night) that the Settlers(Who hed been rehabilitate in CHT to make Indigenous Jumma ethnic people minority in CHT) have gone to outraged and set ablaze dozens of Jumma Minority peoples house. Peoples of the Jumma community have flown away from their house. The attack happened in Khagrachari District Haridhan Karbari Para(Village) and Hemongo Para(Village) under the Matiranga Tabolchari Area , which is near to the Nort-East border of India.The Jumma ethnic Minority peoples are different Mongoloid groups who have been living in CHT area for time immemorial. They are now facing oppressive rule of Bangladesh, where Military rule is running without any written existing law, but secret Government ordinance.CHT people was in Arms Struggle against Army Rule before 1997. But now Democratic movement is on run.
