I am confused and unable to solve the problem

My nephew is a primary schoolboy who is left alienated in the school by his teachers and fellow learners. Perhaps it is due partly to his delayed development of the brain. The behavior of his classmates might have been understandable because they do not find any interests in having such a friend in their daily horseplay. But the practice of the teachers is unpardonable because they are want of the ethics they should have when receiving each month the pay from government or taxpayers. They should feel ashamed to leave a young boy alone if they still remember their duty.
My nephew now is trying to be a good boy despite the above difficulty. He often sends voice mail through mobile phone of his mother to ask for advices on his homework.
I am a holder of master degree but I find myself often unable to solve his problems, without asking help from other sources. Sometimes when I receive the request from this little boy, it is very late into night, and it is very sad to see a young boy is still working on his homework at this late hour. But it seems he is not alone in the country.
I stop my work and begin to think over his problem, otherwise he cannot go to bed before finishing his homework.
