Lesson from Leonardo Dicaprio - Keep working until you are rewarded
2016-02-29

Being rewarded is not easy. Even if you are qualified and fulfilled everything you need from your side, the rewards can be delayed. Bill Gates famously told “Life is not fair” and it will be wise” get used to it”. His predecessor Satya Nadella told people to “trust Karma” in order to get what you deserved. For all of us it is obvious the difficulty of getting what we deserved.

We work hard, bullies take away our credits. We sweat a lot, cheaters take away our glory. We scarifies a lot, a powerful hand occupy what we were doing. We believe in the system, someone sneak the loophole and get away with the win. I can keep writing these forever. However, the list will never end.

Can we stop? Will all of these delays and unfairness will stop us? No. Because it is better, die than staying doing nothing. Love your job or study. Keep doing what you are really good. The biggest reward will be the satisfaction at the end of the day. A simple smile of a customer will be the bonus of your day. The success in an experiment will be a little Nobel of your day. Go to bed with satisfaction, you know the only way to do this is doing whatever you are good at. Let rewards to be by products of your life, keep focusing doing at your best.

Agree. No one is rewarded a success without working hard. Every step forward helps you get close to success.
