Why Chinese visitors abroad are always weak groups?
2016-01-15

On the second day, in the morning I took the K03 international train into the territory of Mongolia, the Mongolian border guards were not polite to wake up the entire car. After receiving a passport, here came the business---health certificate. What? Health certificate? Were you kidding me? He repeatedly asked me for health certificate with an unknown accent in poor Chinese. I had no ideas that what he said was Chineses, not to mention the health certificate. Then he went to a Mongolia girl who was in the same train to provide the translation for me. And the crucial point was that after reading the passport, he only asked me for a health certificate, but without this requirement for the Japanese within the same private room with me in this train. I remmemberd that the health certificate was not in need as I asking other people before, which made me confused. However, I received a reply from him that all people need to own a health certificate to enter the country. Then I asked that why the Japanese did not need the health certificate, and he corrected himself that Japanese was in such need but not for Chinese!

Well, wasn't that racial discrimination? Wasn't that an unfair treatment? First and no matter whether the Chinese people need the certificate to enter Mongolia, his requirement made me to think that I was in trouble. He selected a very good time when I was helpless and isolated from the outsides because I had no mobile phone signal, thus could't call the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia to confirm that what he said is real, and there was only a Chinese in the carriage. He said that I had to get off the train if I had no certificate which made me panic, so I askes that if there were any other solutions. And, the border staff offered me two choices:to get off the train or to pay a fine. Oh,Oh, so the final puepose of him was to collect money, and that he used such excuse to extort money really disgusted me. "How much?" "Two hundred yuan" Finally, the Japanese was eager to help me pay the two hundred "fine", after all, there was no any redback redback in my wallet, and the problem was solved by this way. After that, I also reflected on why there was no health certificate, but only the Chinese people needed a fine. Maybe because in the eye of foreigners before Chinese are rich but silly, timid and overcautious, and easy to be cheated. What they wanted was your money, and you was going to complish you mission, so you had no time and ability to cavil with them. Let alone that I was in their country, my back hard up, but I was not going to swallow it, when the mobile phone signal back,I would certainly call the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia, and if my country's back is not strong, then how can I?
