It is quite a controversial issue- What is beauty? Is beauty only skin deep?

I was burying myself into Disney's new play—Girl meets world. When it comes to episode 8, it talked about the topic on beauty which would never be outdated. It happened that in the newly released-The world's most beautiful face-a pretty model from Korea ranked top in 2014 with much more famous Korean actresses, singers made the list than any other country, while there were only three beauties in this ranking from China. As is well-known to us all, Korea is well-developed in their Cosmetic industry. Plastic surgery is becoming a billion-dollar industry in Korea. Of course, these attractive women were contested whether or not they accepted the surgeries to become more pretty. That gave us an illusion that skin deep valued most in the contest: in other words, artificial belles overwhelmed the nature ones in our society. Set aside the issue on this pure market fries concept, just these three Chinese beauties became the Popular Searches from Sina Weibo appealing to numerous fans and netizens arguing with each other which is the prettiest woman in China. It is a little bored to watch online wars among those crazy fans which, to a certain degree, reflected the modern human's values, aesthetic conceptions and interests in our nation.

In that episode, a little girl showed her viewpoint that beauty is actually skin deep in a debate against the school where our leading roles settled in. She was a nerd herd before wearing dark-black glasses friendless with only her outstanding brain. However, her changed appearance by doing a new hairstyle and profiling that got herself more attention ever before. So she did some researches and learned that it is truth. When you got compliments from people who didn’t ordinary compliment you, when people looked at you, packaging did matter. This is the world where “Pretty” seems somehow but it is not debatable. There are innumerable examples in this world. If you are not pretty or handsome persons, you won’t be noticed in the crowed until nobody knows. Yoona(林允儿) is a member from Girls’ Generation, who is outstanding by her delicate appearance not by her talents. So please forgive me for my stubbornness that I dislike this girl so much for she is a useless vase. There are lots of vases surrounded us who possesses appearances merely. However, it is the society of placing looks as number-one priority.
