Back in Shanghai

This is my fifth teen time in Shanghai since 2009 . I do believe that they have a big problem with the air quality . I see this problem is getting worst every year . The number one reason is because there are to many cars in Shanghai . Second problem that causes the air quality problem is that the emission controls on these cars do not meet international standards . With 2000 new cars being added every year , I see no end to the bad air in Shanghai .
