I work in a Middle school,our school has different kinds of school exams.week exam.month exam,Mid--term exams, final exams, etc.As the saying goes: scores, scores, scores, the student's lifeblood.Students compete in exams and the same competition among the teachers,Students' good results can win a good reputation for a teacher. If you haver eve read my blogs you should know that my students enjoy my classes, they like me, they don't need to write too many homework, because I pursue high effective and interesting classroom, so my students can easily get high scores in every kinds of exam.Another teacher who worked with me is a grade leader,he is older than me, but his students' scores always not good.he is a good man, he had ever asked me how to improve students' exam scores, I told him, but those methods seems no use to him. So, perhaps he felt he lose his face,he disclosed exam questions to the students before the exam, I found it several times , I think it is unfair. but if I point it out, it will make him embarrass; if I don't point it out , he will repeatedly done such things.How can I do?This is unfair competition,just because he is older than me, I should be patient with him? I believe that maybe you have encountered such unfair competition, too,what will you do if you suffer such event?

I went to the ZhengZhou Rose Garden yesterday.there were many many beautiful flowers and many people. Most people were able to comply with the rules,They enjoyed the beautiful flowers,took beautiful photoes.it was very good. But,As I traveled to any other places, I saw some bad phenomenon yesterday. In order to take pictures ,Some people acrossed the fence,Some even climbed up the tree,and some people broken flowers.There were a lot of garbage on the grass etc.As a thecher, I stoped some people,but I can't stop all. Admittedly, China's economy has been greatly developed in the recent decades ,People's cultural quality has been greatly improved too.however,I still hope that uncivilized behavior can disappear soon.This needs every citizen to regulate his conduct. Fun is part of every one's life,but we can not damage the public interest.

Luoyang peony is the most famous in China.There is a poem as evidence:洛阳地脉最相宜，牡丹尤为天下奇。 The story about Emperor Wu Zetian ordered peony bloom in winter also occured in Luoyang. Luoyang has Peony Festival on April every year.I went there three times,it was very nice.there were lots of people and many kinds of peonies with differents colors. Now it is the time that peony in full bloom,I didn't go to Luoyang,but I saw very very beautiful peonies yesterday。Because there is a very beautiful place to enjoy peony in Zhengzhou , which is not very far away from Luoyang,that is zhengzhou Botanical Gardens.I think the penoy here is as well as Luoyang. Here the peony cover a big area that make the seeing no end in sight,different species, different colors, different petals, when you come here, you will find yourself in ​​flower ocean .Bees gather nectar flying round the flowers,aroma in the air.The sky is blue, the clouds changing the posture hanging in the sky.What a beautiful place!

I have a friend who owns an english training company.he needs an native english speaking teacher to teach oral english. he asked me if I can recommend one for him. I asked:how many students you have in one class? he said: 7 I asked: how much will you pay? he said: 1.5 hours, 300 rmb each time. HA! I think it is not bad.so who can I recommend? I suddenly thought about Allen.my son's oral english teacher.I have already introduced him in my last blog.he is a good teacher, but his wages are not high.if he have time,maybe he can do this job. so I called Allen and asked him if he would be interested go there to interview.Allen said:ok. yesterday, I and Allen came to my friend's company.I introduced Allen to my friend, they two have a friendly talking,and Allen talked about his teaching design about the oral class.my friend hired Allen then. My son began to learn oral english this term. His teacher is an Amercian,called Allen.I can't judge his age,maybe more than 40.I am not sure. Allen is an english teacher in an university .My son study oral english at Allen's home.his home is simple and crude,and it is very small too.he didn't buy too many things to decorate his home,just have some old Furnitures.Allen told me he only have 8 classes one week, so I can judge his wage is low. However,Allen's charge is very low.In fact I think he can charge more, but he didn't. 6 students,200 rmb ,2 hours.17.5rmb one student per hour,In Zhengzhou,I never heard any foreigner charge such low.but Allen pay no attention about it. If you think his class is bad, you are wrong.I have had watched his class several times .I remembered one class he taught children to know the difference between Jungle and Desert.he used maps, many Animal Toys he bought,computer cartoon,and pictures he drewd.the class was very interesting.and I could feel he prepared his class seriously.The children were very naughty,they even broke his sofa, but Allen said nothing about that. so why Allen came here to teach english, not for money,not for comfortable life,maybe he came to China in order to find happiness. Stay with children,he feel happy.Teaching, he feel happy.(maybe)

Happy holidays coming to the end .Tomorrow,a new semester is about to begin.As a teacher,I thanks for the long holiday. During the holidays，I had several short trips with my family.I found LONG YOU plum trees in one trip, it is a big surprise. I like plum flower.When I was a middle school student, I read Mr. Ba Jin's novel 《home》,there was a large and beautiful plum flower garden in GAO Courtyard,I had a deep impression;I also read and recited a lot of poems about plum flower,it is full of poetic.　 Chimonanthus praecox Flower is the common plum flowers,It is often planted in the yard or riverside with very strong aroma and the color is also very beautiful. In my community, there are three green plum trees.They began to bloom during the first snow in Zhengzhou ,the snow continued for about three days, I watch them every day,and I have many fun by watching them. As a middle school teacher,I get contact with my students everyday.my students are all teenage kids, they are pure,happy and funny.they judge the world by their childish eyes , they judge who is a good teacher by their pure hearts , and then they express their feelings through their happy actions . I think in their heart I am a good teacher, because I seldom give them homework and my class is relaxed and interesting, and also because they can get high records in the examination .so I have some “fans”, especially those girls who make no secret to deliver their love feeling to me. so, there are many touching and funny stories around me. Several weeks ago. My students had a biology class, the Content was dissection , what would they dissect?fish!.The biological teacher asked each student to buy a crucian which was as big as a palm. But the Funny thing was before the dissection class, the head teachers had already shouted in the office : " who need crucian ,we would supply as much as you want, you can take them back to cook soup , " we have more than 500 students in one grade,if Per student one fish, we would have more than 500 crucians.wow! a huge number! But I did not answer, just thought “dissected fish, can we eat it”? However,during the ten minutes between classes, a few of my students came to my office and asked me: "miss liu, do you need some crucians,we will leave some for you! ?." These girls are my “fans”, they always think about me whenever there are some good things, I could not refuse them,and said, " can I eat it?" My students said : "why not, it is fresh, we just open them up and observe them,after that, we wash them for you , you take them back home and cook soup, put some tofu in it, it can nourish your brain and it can let you look more beautiful." I could not help laughing but said, “ok, you wash them ,I will see.” I went to school very late in the afternoon that day, as soon as I came into the office, several studentes ran in with a big bag and said: "miss liu, we keep these for you, please have a look?" I opened the bag, a few fishes has already been washed , cause it is dissection class, so every fish has been cut open, but these girls has already put the meat together to make them look like the whole fish and make them look beautiful.I looked at the fish, they looked very fresh,but it is not what I wanted,so I politely declined the children's kindness, however when I saw their disappointment,i changed my mind."Well, thank you, tonight I'll take them back to cook soup , put some tofu, nourish my mind and make me look more beautiful" The children smiled happily, it was their harvest because I accecpted their good intention.how simple their happiness is! This is a little thing, but I think since then,every time when I drink fish soup , I will think of my students,I will think of this little toughed story.in fact I didn’t eat those fish ultimately because I forgot them in my car, but it is a loving story, do you think so? In our life, there are many many little touching stories like this, we should learn to enjoy it, to appreciate it.We also should have or creat this little touching stories to others.
