Oh My God

Amanda, why dont you go to a Dietologist, that can direct you exactly on what to do? At the end of the day, health is the most important thing. If you carry on listening to every person that heard or read something in the reader's digest, you might end up harming your health.

Generally all you have to do is to eat sensibly and excercise regularly and more importantly keep going...

It's worthy to notice that BODYBUILDING is the best proven method for fast weight-losing. Aerobics however is also effective but it needs more time and patience, personally I don't have either.

By the way, I still don't understand why you're going to lose your weight, 5'8"/128lb is a very nice figure.

I have been doing aerobics and have lost some pounds!

Yay!!!

To those dieters: wake up and shake up, and eat healthy, you need your energy to burn the fat, so dont be stuck to the diet thing. Come up and shake your body.
