Ok.. My position is that EVERYONE has the right to HACK, if they can. Its a free internet, and if someone wishes to dwell into your deep dark secrets, let them. Now what you do with that information could be criminal if it causes some sort of harm. Earth is a free for all, if you have the POWER to control your part.
