i realize that i have procrastination and that means i don't do things until the last minute of deadline. for example, in the morning, i got up 15 minutes before time to work. and then i have only 15 minutes to wash and get dressed and do some simple makeup and have breakfast. it is kinda fast ,i know. hehe . but actually i can totally change this, say get up 30 minutes before working time. so that i can make full use of time. but i don't know why i always stick myself in the bed and delay myself to get up.and i believe that i can hold it iin the last minute. it is a bad habbit and it really bothers me. but i don't know how to change it. so bad. anyone can help me?
