Rice, Salt, Water, Power, Cooking Oil, Peas, Onion, Garlic, Beans, Fish (Mackrel) (Obviously)
The Rice story is as classic as it is - wash the rice, place in cooker, apply same amount of water as was rice, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and a pinch of salt. - Soon after the cooker switches to 'Warm' stir the rice to avoid stratification.
The Peas and beans cabbot be done together, beans take longer so start with them..tyhen get the peas ready, green peas, that is.
Chop onion, tomatoes and green paper and fry them to soup grade - start with the Garlic, then onion, just when it gets to brown issue the tomatoes and beat to pulp...add very little salt.
Pour the beans on the pulp, then the peas and let them simmer at half heat for ten minutes...
For the fish... for a great taste, just add a little water... stew it, as it boils, add a teaspoon of oil, some salt and then some onion and tomatoes... cover it and let the elements get tember with steam at half heat.
Serve Hot... start with beans and pease and lay a fish piecve on top while the rice makes the base..
