not just THAT and viet nam doesnt have anythin that in the interest of USA but except the vịnh Cam Ranh (a deep-water bay in vietnam in the province of Khánh Hòa. it is located at an inlet of the south china sea) which is a great bay to deter chinese's navy

Japan and South Korea have their own dispute and Indonesia is laying claim to another unrelated isl ...

Can you please explain to me why the assurance of military support by the USA to it's allies in case of war and which it also has to provide due to treaties is warmongering? I do not get it.

Since you write that the international law is on China's side which is absolutely great I am also confused.why it does not want to go to the international court. The list of judges shows that it is definitely noy wetstern dominated.

Like every country does.

But you like to see Japan, Philippines, etc. being threatened by Chinese nukes. But what will you do (you personally) if the USA says "Go on! We will also react with nukes."

Should China take a step back or should it use nukes then so that it does not lose face (although then the USA will definitely also react with atomic weapons)?

In the end the US government cannot care less about the opinion of the users here. In the end they are in a situation which is the usual "Damned if you do, damned if you don't".

They back off and you will call them cowards. They support their allies and you will call them warmongers.

The USA is standing by it's allies. There is no reason for the USA to shoot at first... Of course if one of it's vessels is being threatened and the captain believes thatt hisbship and his crew.are in danger they might react to this threat with violence.

But so far it is just about pledging military support in case of war. And that is what the treaties between US and it's allies is about. These treaties are not about the islands, reefs, saltwater and this other useless dirt China claims.

You claim that China owns all this stuff and that this is indisputable. Fair enough!
But unfortunately the other countries say exactly the same thing.

If China's claim is so indisputable why.not going to the international court to show it to the world? Just because it accepted a case by another sovereign nation?
You can claim that these islands belong to China and all this other worthless crap but why is China afraid to prove it's claim to a court which is absolutely not western dominated?
The corruption-argument is pretty weak when you take a look at the judges.

It is not about answering. It is more about proving the obvious to the wor$d.
