I remember last year guide dogs were kept off from the public facilities. But now the regulation seems to have changed.
Yesterday, a guide dog was spotted in Shanghai.

Have a look

Would you mind if you come accross with a dog like  this in public?

Welcome to the real world China!  Nothing at all wrong with guide dogs in public places.  Guide dogs behave much better than kids.
