China "The most corrupt country currently". How to solve?

The American and British media paints CHINA AS THE MOST CORRUPT cuntry in the world.
Obviously, BRIBE drives or motivate PEOPLE to work, even ANIMALS need fodder or grain to survive.

So, with 7.5% growth plus 2-3% annual currency value gain, CORRUPTION and BRIBES is the very serious issue in China.

Most of the least corrupt cuntries, like USA, BRITAIN discovered the CITIZENRY dislike for Bureaucratic Corruption but tolerate CORRUPTION by Revenue Merchants, or and encourage bribery for smaller concerns. Basically PEOPLE prefer OPPORTUNITIES for the SMALL FELLA, tolerates it for the LARGE FELLA who collect revenue for the STATE.

STATE corruption is the most frown on.
TAXATION is a swear word, and the BRITISH made it an industry to avoid taxation.

Please provide suggestions on how to solve corruption and create situation for acceptable BRIBERY in China.

Give money to officials, they would bendlaws towards u, they would transfer fortune to  inthe privatzition of governmen~owned assets and indealing business with government~owned companies, they would make u to be a council member, they would provide extra government.......
U would get 100, if u invest 1.
