I've read a couple of reports from foreign press who have showed such keen interests on China's pollution problem. Why don't they just sweep their floors before sweeping for others?

Yes, there was a smog in Harbin days ago. so you can make the world know how bad its air pollution problem has become?

Honestly, have you ever experienced a smog or sandstorm in your country?
