The Bank of England needs to develop a secret warning system to tell struggling banks they are about to go bust, the global financial regulator has said.
. . .
Under the Bank’s “proactive intervention framework” (PIF), the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) will rate each bank’s “proximity to failure”. However, “the PRA has decided not to disclose the PIF rating to the firm concerned in order to avoid a situation in which the firm would then have to publicly disclose the rating,” the FSB noted.

- UK regulators need secret warning system to prevent bank collapse

This is hilarious! The first thought is, have they considered using a phone, or are they taking into account the NSA/MI5 snooping? Then you read that they need to tell the bank (as if it didn't itself know) it was about to go bust but for the bank to just pretend that it isn't!

Yes, it's the zionist Daily Telegraphic Nonsense, shills to the banksters and  talking constant puerile crap. These natural born gangsters discuss how to get away with their crimes not how to stop committing them.

The UK's gangster government knew Equitable Life was going to collapse but allowed the sheeple who pay their wages to continue to contributing funds to Equitable Life for years. It took a decade for the victims to get compensation, by which time many had died. Then the gangster government's Treasury department destroyed the records of 350,000 policyholders further endangering their compensation.

Very clearly, the gangster government works for the banksters. Whereas the sheeple pay their salary of a few hundred thousand, the banksters pay them millions after they've left office.
Compounding is the magic ingredient.
