Said customers of this bank have had their applications for scheduled repayments granted a month ago but said bank is still sending DEMANDS repeatedly for full sums payments. This indicates that:

1.   Inefficiency exists among staffs or the banking system databases are outdated ;

2.  and lacking working coordinations between departments at various levels.

Major banks of China in China when opened ( new reforms and opening up as announced ) to foreign banking services in China can and will take big hits; i.e. customers changing banking services. PBOC may have to step in to re-educate bankers in China.
