Perhaps you could explain that.

Some of them love showing off,
They got the irrational way of spending money,
They don't buy the best one but the most expensive one.

Right. The problem in china is that the workers on site get low-paid salaries.

Most of them are not happy for that. So How to improve the quality like that ?

It's a highly complex issue. Many Chinese factories I've seen in person really mistreat their manufacturing staff by treating them like animals, harsh discipline and low wages just breed resentment and quality suffers as a result.

The cure is holistic in nature and far to complicated to deal with here in a short piece. There are manufacturing models that should be looked at that not only offer better working conditions, higher pay and increased training and education as well as boredom alleviation and so on. Most are proved methods that work and while causing a price increase the pay-offs in terms of higher manufacturing standards, lower warranty returns and failures are well worth it. Other areas that need to be dealt with include accommodation standards, food standards, recreation facilities and much more.

Sadly there is no simple solution to the problem.

Quality issue is involved many issues and far too complex.

Aslo in manufacturing field, one fact is that the workers changed their job quickly and they can leave the job in a day or in a week.  To get well trained and skilled workers, at least it takes 3 months.

I was working with European workers years ago, they offer their name cards all labeled " engineers" , they do drawings, designs, they do some correction and can fix the machines, they came to China factory to train our chinese workers. What a big difference ! It is too far to talk about now, as I asked how come they become so skillful, their answer are back to education backgrounds, most of them graducated from professional schools. Their salaries which are even higher than those staff whom working in the office.

Our chinese workers are mostly those who received poor education in middle-school, or those who dropped from schools with no other skills.

You are getting along the right lines.

Middle school education is fine for factory work, providing the employer is prepared to do some real training and education and also to view factory workers as a major asset, not a disposable labour force to be discarded at whim.  Better pay, far better food which doesn't cost very much in bulk, and better dormitory conditions, that is less crowded, with free laundry service so workers don't have to spent so much time doing laundry stuff, along with improved working conditions on the factory floor will not only mean higher staff retention but over time actually save money and increase productivity.

We are talking loudly how important the quality issues related to the factory workers. Actually, not so many bosses pay much attention for that. Remember the suicide workers in Foxcoon ?

That 's only a drop in the ocean.
