There is small problem that I see here... When do They rest? Probably at work.

There is no way that somebody can work efficiently more than 10 hours a day. Especially when we talk about a responsible positions (white collars) - engineers, accountants etc.

Imagine an architect, who in His "spare time" is selling some goods overnight.
In Shenzhen a night stalls are open usually until 11PM or midnight.
That gives Him about 6 hours (total) for a rest - and it is only if His company is very near.
Reality is - that it is about one hour commuting.
So now He is at work, designing a bridge or a house for somebody... tired.
Goes back home around 6-7PM, to have quick dinner and go to open the second business.

Weekends? Reality in China is that it is one day. And this day He have to go to buy some goods for the next week of business.

Where is His family?
Children seeing Him one or two hours a day? Does He have still some strength for His wife?

Yes, after 10 years MAYBE He will be able to buy an own apartment (if the night business is good).
But in meantime - wife can find a lover(s?), children can grow almost not recognizing Him. And He will be totally exhausted.

It would be a lot of luck, if some "small errors" in His work wouldn't create some dangerous situations for His customers (He is an architect), or He is not fired because of the errors He made at work because His lack of rest.

At the end we may see:
- human wreck at the age of 40
- with family problems
- with health problems
- possibly loosing the job, or have to take less important (but also less profitable) "day-time-jobs" (because He can rest there a little)
