1. Well, AIRCRAFT CARRIERS and DOCK ships will appear to be like 2nd LINE expeditionary force.
2. An expeditionary force will require a FRONT LINE to neutralized the DEFENSES.
3. Probably a FIFTH collumn for pre preparations.

I wouldn't spend too much time on AIRCRAFT CARRIERS alone!
The BIG POWERS spies on each other - so they probably knows WHAT CAPABILITY each big power has.
