THE "ABE MARIA" OF JAPANESE HISTORICAL REVISIONISM
IF THE JAPANESE NEVER SURRENDERED DIAYOUDAO TO CHINA, THEN...THE KOREAN WAR AND SUBSEQUENT ARMISTICE MIGHT ALSO HAVE NEVER HAPPENED.
In the alternative universe of the global Neo-Nazi network, backing Japanese historical revisionism against the victims of Japanese brutality in WWII, Japan never surrendered the islands it stole from China, the Allied-sponsored Tokyo War Tribunal was a kangaroo circus, and the Japanese war criminals who mass murdered tens of millions of Chinese are the heroes of modern Japan instead . . .
In that same alternative universe, the Korean the armistice is not true, and we are still in the throes of an alternative ending to WWII, where Japan retains Diaoyudao as Senkaku, Dokdo as Takeshima, the entire Korean peninsula as a prefecture of Japan, all of Taiwan as another prefecture of Japan, and the entire eastern seaboard of China as Japan's colony . . .
This will please Japan's Anglophile backers because the Anglo-Japanese Alliance Treaty would still be in effect, and China would revert to being the Sick Man of Asia, on the way to being drawn and quartered by an Eight Power Alliance led by Britain. Australia may emerge as the policeman of Asia even, enforcing the law of violence throughout a resurrected British empire.
And in that alternative universe, the Seventh Fleet would have been reassigned to patrolling the San Francisco bay. The Pacific War would have been won by the Japanese Imperial Navy, with Hawaii having been annexed, like Diaoyudao, as a part of Japan rather than voting to be part of America in 1959 -- fourteen years after the Imperial Japanese Navy won WWII. And the little infant who would have become the first Black President of the USA would have become a subject, yet not a citizen, of the empire of Japan that respects only nationality by descent, not by place of birth. Yes, this is what Abe's rejection of the post-War Tokyo Tribunal's legitimacy would mean in reality. And all the American families who stayed in Hawaii would have become servants of the Japanese empire, after facing multiple threats and suffered physical harm to themselves and their loved ones.
Yes, what if the Tokyo Tribunal of 1945 were never held, because Japan's Class A war criminals won the Pacific War and are honored as Japan's national heroes, as many active Japanese officials suggest . . . need we ask any more?
