Lyu Xinhua, the newly appointed spokesman for the first session of the 12th National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, ...

China should take a step forward if Japan continue to use its military forces to harass unarmed Chinese aircrafts and unarmed maritime ships in Diaoyudao.

Frankly those talks of improving ties are just a lot of bullshits. The message from them are already crystal clear that regarding the islets. In the event that a clashes do happen, it is the US that should bear the blame of giving the islets to Japan without even checking on the rightful ownership. They are the one that write and words the Surrender Documents and they are the one that fails to follow it to the letter, that all occupied terrorities should be return to the rightful owners.

Perhaps China should look into the possibility to take the US to task for not complying to the Proclaimation Document in the UN or ICJ.

@ArkOne, the only problem with your statement is that the islands weren\\\'t \\"occupied\\" by Japan and thus didn\\\'t fall under the Treaty of San Francisco. Meaning that, in fact, the law has been followed.  That is why they don\\\'t take it to the UN or the ICJ.  Even the PLA (People\\\'s Liberation Army) noted the islands Japanese ownership on their maps from the 1950\\\'s.  It wasn\\\'t until the possibility of underwater resources near the islands were discovered that China said they were theirs.  It seems to me this is just a wedge issue meant to distract the public and also secure more natural resources for China.

Japan acts upon the instructions given silently by ex-US State Secretary Hillary Clinton. She knows that it will give hell to Asia economy giants, China and Japan.
Unfortunately, she does not realize that US belongs to Red Indians. Foreign imperial powers in Europe, namely Spain, France and England plundered the unarmed Red Indians. Hillary Clinton pretends to ignore her US history. This is totally unacceptable. Her actions create more harm than good to the world by protraying US being the cause of all territorial issues and problems.
Her hopes to become the first US \\\'female\\\' president is dashed after she realizes she could not compete with other potential candidates. She then abuses her power to destroy good world order build through her former US presidents!
