From today's news reports, the official was exposed to have 4 sets of IDs by the media. The local police department didn't respond yet.

She would easily flee away from China even after our Party and gov confiscated her 3 sets of passports. Probably a huge loophole exist in the present citizenship system. Our gov need to examine it thoroughly for fixing it.

Maybe happen.

Students have to make fake ID cards for getting better education. One would get access to one university if one has Beijing's ID (Hukou). The same one wouldn't if he/she don't has Shandong's ID (Hukou).

In the present game rules made by China's education ministry, one university would enroll 1 student from 500 students with Beijing's ID while the same university would enroll 1 student from 5,000 students with Shandong's ID.

So, many students wanna get a fake Beijing's ID. The same cause that they wanna get a fake ID of Tianjin, Shanghai, Xinjiang, Xizang, Yunnan, etc, they wanna change their ethnic group from ethnic han to ethnic tibet, or ethnic mongolian, or ethnic man, or ethnic hui, etc, they wanna disguise themselves as another guys who have passed the examination access to universities. Many such cases were exposed on the internet and confirmed by local authorities.

Based on the above cases, I guess it maybe happen.
