Why local gov try to silence the victims and their family?  Because if these people was silenced then every thing shall be fine for the authorities of the local gov,  their privilege appointed by the party  not the people of the country, so people can do nothing to threaten their profit.

I think Citizens should have rights to know this accident. Of course our gov and media should tell how evil and how wrong the criminal was. Our gov and media should tell us how to decrease and prevent such accidents in future.

Let us look at Guangshan local gov in Henan province.

The gov silenced this accident and started to praise the achievements of local education departments. The gov officials was playing video games at work. The gov officials replied to journalist from Beijing: The accident is not a big deal. How can I, a citizen, not fell anger about what the local gov did?

Don't forget that China is a communist country. Almost all of schools in rurual area are running by our Party and gov, though most of kindergarten was privated from the late 1990s.

Maybe you talked about a lot of bosses of your privated-owned companies, private-owned schools. In China, we have to talk about our Party and gov. Why? Because all of lands, all of mines, almost all of schools in rurual area, are owned by our party and gov. We have to talk about the responsibilities of our Party and gov in the accidents.

Don't forget, China's schools are still running in the former Soviet Union's planning system. Most of things in schools are decided by our party and gov.

If anything wrong, we have to ask our party and gov to modify, to change, to reform. Is it a political agenda?
