True anything is unattainable as far as political systems are concerned.
Progress, not perfection. ...

Yes, the goals of socialism and communism are obviously more honorable, but are they attainable without society first "paying its capitalist dues" so-to-speak?

That's the score according to Marxist theory.
But if we depended on capitalism for infrastructure 90% of us would still have no sewage system
or clean water or roads we could afford to drive on. The larger the task, the better a collective
effort is. Capitalism is driven only by greed so it is best limited to only the smallest of businesses.
China's success is from keeping it's largest industries state owned.
To privatize them would be the same as selling China. Not likely after so much suffering to become
a sovereign nation again. The Chinese are not stupid.

If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?

What usually happens is that the state takes over ailing businesses and pours money into them to stop them from collapsing.

The capitalists then see an opportunity and start calling on the government to privatize. Once that happens the company is asset stripped and thrown back at the government again to be bailed out.

Standard capitalist trick in collusion with the media who manufacture consent...

IMHO the corner shop, florist, barber, tailor etc can be private businesses they are of little consequence if they disappear. The utilities however have to be publicly owned as they cannot be allowed to go bust. The same applies to any other vital service like insurance and banking for example.

tell me why USA, Russia, China can do such experiment, why North Korea is not? I don't think NOrth Korea poses so big a threat to the world as the three countries  i mentioned do.

Maybe it's because the Korean War ended in a ceasefire, not a peace treaty. Technically the two Koreas are still are war. I think all Asian nations would like to see tensions stay low on the peninsula. Also, North Korea doesn't seem to play well with others.

Because some countries have the right to "defend" themselves, while others do not.

north korea, usa, russia, and china:

actually, if you really come to thinking about it, with the way that both the amricans as well as the russians are so dickin's weiry about a militarily emerging china that logically speaking, one would think that a fully nuclarized north korea would have to be a perfect tool for the china containment polocies that are so willfully woed by the west.

but not so, i believe the phsychology of it is like this; they are deeply weiry about a nuke korea just as they are weiry about a nuke japan over fears of vendatta by the koreans for america's having leveled korea to the ground during the korean war just as they are weiry about a nuke japan because of the inhumanities and the injustices of hiroshimja and nagasaki that deep down that their own conscience is questioning themselves..

as for the chinese, i think that as a lip and teeth ally of china's that a nuclearized korea would serve a perfect counter against american forces based in asia who are poised to strike at china at a moments notice as the legacies of the macarthur threat, of hiroshima, and of nagasaki have proved.

but the chinese as always are too scare to say it out loud that that is what it's all about because beijing fear another economic ganging up on them exactly as the one she had experienced in the tam or the 6.4 outbreak.

Putin's a killer. This was the claim made by Fox News journalist; Bill O'Reilly during his recent interview with Donald Trump. Trump's reply came in the form of a simple question. What, you think our country's so innocent?
