THE SOONER OBAMA GETS A NEW SECRETARY OF STATE, THE SOONER CHINA AND THE U.S.A. WILL REACH A DEAL ON TRADE IMBALANCE AND DIAOYUDAO STATUS.|
The offer is something neither side can refuse:
1. China will work to balance the trade by end of 2014.
2. The US will recognize Chinese sovereignty over Diaoyudao, rescind its mistake of including Diaoyu islands under the Mutual Defense Treaty with Japan, since Japan cannot legally administer islands that belong to the sovereignty of another country.
To the ideologues who prefer war to peace using human rights as pretext to create conflict: When two countries neither owe or own each other, mutual respect and mutual benefit becomes a lot easier to achieve. China does not need any one to teach it human rights. China has been protecting the most BASIC HUMAN RIGHT of its 1.4 billion men, women and children, which is their RIGHT TO LIVE. Not all human rights are born equal. Sorry! The right to life trumps all other rights that are derived from being alive. As they say in the West, once a person dies, his rights all die with him. If the West accepts and practices this fundamental fact about individual rights, why does it reject China's foremost emphasis on the right of its people to simply live? To live, they need food, they need land, and they need protection from foreign armies. If China is not all about human rights, how did China come this far from the lowest level of poverty in Asia to its present day prosperity? With the 18th Congress of the CPC, China has unilaterally mapped out the kinds of human rights that protect its fundamental right to live, and promote it, while enriching the choices of its people to health, to education, and to privacy. Those who start with the so-called Freedom of Speech are forced inexorably into ANARCHY and left incapable of defending their RIGHT TO LIFE. In the parlance of Western politics, China is foremost PRO-LIFE, and next, PRO-CHOICE. And that is better than being only one or the other alone.
