Ignorance. This isn't part of Kill Bill. The yellow/black suit was originally worn by Bruce Lee in "Game of death", then copied by the whites of Kill Bill.
This video is obviously an attempt to advertise the fact that whites want to steal and copy East Asian skills while while defeating it with its own tools (white using the Asian Martial Arts to defeat the Asian dragon).

Another Western poison.

Who's the ignorant one? In what universe do Asian Dragons look like this, black, with little wings on its back? It's the typical Western Dragon.  You may have learned over too much about Conspiracism...I think it's just a cute kid playing martial arts.
