One has to wonder.... Out of the ~60 threads that abramicus has created how many are simply a variation of this one. How many are simply "China should strike" but with different words?

Good that you have a saddle on your horse.

I don't have horses. That's not common over here.

Yeah, no matter how many souls will perish !

I'm more worried about people who might perish. Souls are none of my concerns.

COUNTDOWN TO DIAOYUDAO

It is healthy that Japan is taking the dispute it has with China over Diaoyudao seriously, or what Reuters is reporting would not be happening, as follows:  "About 37,400 military personnel from Japan will join some 10,000 U.S. troops in the November 5-16 drill, an official at Japan's Self-Defence Forces said."  The number of troops involved is larger than last year's largest ever troop deployment of 44,000 of Operation Keen Sword.

In turn, it will make China more serious about fulfilling its pledge to "defend" its sovereignty over Diaoyudao at all cost, although it is unlikely for China to field such a large contingent on to Diaoyu Island given the logistics needed.

Rather than trying to match Japan on size of troops inovlved, China might move closer to Diaoyu Island and do its own exercises there.  Things are heating up, if not boiling over.

We have to fight to prevent Japan again doing a Nanjing on us.

It will have to be teh fight to the  ...

Deng said he would leave the resolution of the Diaoyudao dispute with Japan to the next generation, who are supposed to be wiser than his generation.

Japan's resolution is to "nationalize" Dioaoyudao.

China's solution is therefore to "de-nationalize" Japanese presence and control over Diaoyudao.  If Japan wakes up to its brigandism, a war may be prevented.  If Japan continues to brandish a sword in front of China's eyes, war may be unpreventable.
