FOUR MAINLAND CHINESE MARINE SURVEILLANCE VESSELS PATROL CHINA'S SOVEREIGN WATERS WITHIN 12 MILES OF DIAOYU ISLANDS, JOINED BY ONE TAIWANESE COAST GUARD VESSEL, AS ANSWER TO JAPAN'S SPURIOUS CLAIM OF SOVEREIGNTY OVER DIAOYUTAI.
On October 2, 2012, Mainland China and Taiwan reasserted their united sovereignty over Diaoyu islands by sending their patrols into China's sovereign waters within 12 miles of the shoreline of Diaoyu islands, triggering an idiotic "protest" from the increasingly isolated Japanese "government" whose spurious claim to Diaoyu island was accurately denounced by Foreign Minister Yang at the UN General Assembly as an attempt to negate the defeat of the Nazi-Fascist Japanese government in WWII and its historically acknowledged terms of surrender. As signatory to the WWII Japanese surrender agreement, China and Russia have the right and the duty to enforce its terms on Japan if Japan reneges on its obligations. In short, WWII may logically have to be waged and concluded in the here and now, if Japan rejects its terms of defeat in 1945. Historically, this was how WWII was ignited by Germany, when Hitler reneged on Germany's terms of surrender in WWI as stipulated in the Treaty of Versailles of 1919. Except, Hitler was given time to rearm by the appeasement policies of the British PM Chamberlain. This time, learning from the painful lessons of history, if Nazi Japan rejects the terms of its surrender in WWII, it should face war on its own territory shortly thereafter, instead of allowing Japan to make other countries its future battlefields, as Nazi Germany managed to do in Czeckoslovakia and Poland (emblematic of Diaoyu and Dokdo islands, as Japan is as much a marine power as Nazi Germany was a land power).
Before the criminal can even ask the UN to question the incontrovertible sovereign status of China over Diaoyu, it must first leave the Diaoyu islands it has illegally occupied since 1972 and reaffirm its adherence to the Cairo Declaration and Potsdam Proclamation returning Taiwan and its surrounding islets including Diaoyu to China. Otherwise, this criminal Nazi Japanese regime has no status to complain about anybody, not China, not South Korea, not Russia. Imagine an unrepentant inmate filing charges against his guards watching his behavior while on parole after returning back to his old habit of robbing his neighbors of their properties, with two of the guards being the neighbors he is trying to rob!
If the Chief Warden has adopted the Nazi-Fascist Japanese government as his son, the terms of surrender of Imperial Japan in WWII still remain unchanged and are in force as far as international law and the other members of the Allied Powers of WWII are concerned, and will, at some point, be enforced if Nazi-Japan does not desist from its kleptomaniacal and piratical ways. Nepotism can never preserve the peace. It can only destroy the peace it pretends to preserve.
