The word you were trying for is endemic, not indemic. In either case its false.
There is no more corruption in China than in any other country in the world.
Its just that in most western countries what passes for a typical business deal
is viewed as corruption by the CCP.
While the western world is stewing in its own corruption China is just finishing its second rinse.
