In the past 10 years, China's housing price went up 3 times or 4 times. Many people vent their angers after they can't get government services without a house(local Hukou certificate). They have to pay high rent and worry about the on rising housing price.
Last year, central government published a series of polices to decrease the housing price. However, many other people begin to vent their angers when they found their houses being cheap.
In property game rules, the property developers can sell houses when houses aren't built. It said the game rule was learnt from Hong Kong government. In the following pics, many housing owners bought houses 2 years ago. Now, the property developer decreases the price of the rest houses from RMB 1.2 million to RMB 1 million after houses were built. So, these housing owners began to protest before property developers now.
From the market economy espect, any investments means some risks. Purchasing house is no exception.
However, as a most special goods, our government should take some actions or rules to protect people's interest.
The root of this problem is not current low price, but the high price in the past, when our authorities should set a profit for all property developers.
Now all these become a tough issue for develoers and our government.
