2 months after the sentence made by Yunnan provincial high court, the property developer still refused to pay RMB 20 million to more than 1 thousand workers. The construction project was finished 6 years ago. However, those workers haven't got their wages so far. The company promised to pay before 30, June, in a conference presided by local government. However, the promise has gone into air, and the property developer smocked at the high court's sentence - it is only a wasted paper.

Now, 13 children were standing under the blazing sun to protest. All of them held slogans. "Please pay back our parents' wages."

How to protect the vulnerable group's interest is a big social issue for China.
However, after several times' annoucements and declarations of perfecting the regulations, now there's still a long long way to go.
