Hey, please don't blame on Chinese. Everywhere in the world are the sames,don't focus on just one bad senerio that you see. Seeing is not always believing. Quite often it is what you don’t see that makes the difference.All should know that when an old man fell on his head and bled, you should not move him, you may have killed him and be sued.

My friend, Richard was stabbed and lay bleeding to death on the ground in front of a crowd of at least 30 Chinese onlookers. Not one tried to apply pressure to the stab wound or raise the arm in which his artery had been severed to slow the bleeding.

Anyone with half an ounce of common sense knows how to do this. So why no help?
