This ship has been in developmental stage for so many years now, those costs are probablt conserva ...

I think we should spend more TIME on developing (Why pay the Americans for over priced obsolete toys!)

(1) Anti gravity super conductors.
(those MAGLEV trains are mere STONE AGE devices for the ANTI GRAVITY air craft! In fact, if the UK can develop these devices - the FORCE FIELD will be viable!)

(2) Plasma fusion engines.
(These will make it possible to propel SPACE CRAFTS at close to the SPEED OF LIGHT)

(3) Nuclear Fuel Cells.
Exoskeleton will fill the military arsenals!

So... China is frightened.. yet laughs?

Sounds a little hysterical to me, it should slap itself.

The American at MAX, will try to deny China access to the OCEANS.

In fact, it's in the process of denying CRUDE OIL and GAS to it's 2 closest rivals, THE EUROPEAN UNION and CHINA. It's consolidating it's control on Japan, Korea, Taiwan and of course Germany!

There is no fear for CHINA of an American invasion of it's mainland proper!

ha ha ha

Inside China:Admiral says China candestroy destroyers

Riply's believe it or not:

This guy (Adm. Zhang Zhaozhong) is the very character who broke the news
to the world via a live November 2009 CCTV interview
that China will, sometimes in the following year, introduce
to the world its very own indigenously designed and built stealth jet fighter, the JXX.

Of course, and as always, the West laughed @ our face remarking throughout western
mass medias and throughout the www that this Chinese Admiral is full of it while voicing the whiteman's skepticism,
as always, that we {:soso_e204:}China*mans{:soso_e204:} are incapable of such smarts...

Look who's laughing now!

Anyway, Adm. Zhang, went on to exclaim that this Chinese stealth fighter
will be superior to the F-22 and far superior to that of the Hindu-Rusky PAK-FA joint stealth fighter (waits to be proven
of course), a fighter program which was also said to have offered China back in 2004.

Course, Adm. Zhang's claim of the JXX's superiority too rejected
and
my speculation of the events that followed is this: Due to the shock and awes of
the debut
of the J-10 in 2004, the Indians ain't about to take the Chinese for granted as the West did this time around.
India, bein
g a party who likely to have a huge vested stake in the T-50 program (maybe up to 60%) wasn't about to lose
anymore face as she did to the Chinese in the LCA, FC-1, J-10, space, and lunar rivalry...

Pressured by China's JXX, {:soso_e201:}ChIndia{:soso_e200:} had no choice in the matter but to, in turn apply pressure on
Sukhoi,
probably threatening to pull out of the joint venture unless they roll the T-50 out before the Chinese does its XXJ. This
threat
send Sukhoi into a tailspin forcing Sukhoi to roll out the T-50 before it's was in such a stage of development...

In essence, what I am
trying say here
is this: Believe it when Adm. Zhang says that the Zumwalt
"is not" impregnable!

The Navy’s next-generation warship, the 15,000-ton Zumwalt-class destroyer, is no good and can be destroyed by Chinese fishing boats armed with explosives, according to a leading Chinese military commentator, People’s Liberation Army Rear Adm. Zhang Zhaozhong.

Adm. Zhang made the remarks April 30 during a nationwide broadcast of “Defense Review Weekly,” a program on state-run China Central TV. The admiral has been the station’s chief military commentator since 1998.

Zumwalt-class destroyers are one of the Navy’s newest, most-advanced and most-expensive vessels. They have a rich history of budgetary and technological debates.

Ultimately, the destroyers survived several Washington budget cuts. Three of them are under construction at the Bath Iron Works shipyard in Maine; the lead ship, USS Elmo Zumwalt DDG-1000, named for former Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Elmo R. Zumwalt Jr., is scheduled to be completed a year from now.

The new destroyer will play a significant role in what the Navy calls its “mace weapons” that are part of the new American military strategy in the Asia-Pacific, especially China.

The strategy will focus on land-attack capabilities in littoral battles. It will use some of the most-advanced technologies and weapons innovations, including a revolutionary stealth design that reduces radar and sonar signatures to the lowest level of any destroyers in the world.

It includes the Advanced Gun System featuring a high-tech electronic rail gun that is battery powered using electromagnetic pulse, and a Peripheral Vertical Launch System that will significantly reduce the damage of a missile battery explosion.

China pays close attention to Navy weapons development as Beijing regards American naval power as the most significant and most tangible military threat to its regional and global ambitions.

For the past several years, China has engaged in fierce oceanic and littoral disputes with almost all of its neighbors with shorelines. It is a rare day that passes without some mention of the U.S. Navy and its role in the South China, East China and the Yellow seas in a potential future battle scenario with the Chinese navy.

In his remarks, Adm. Zhang acknowledged the technological prowess of the Zumwalt destroyer but stated that he believes it represents a weakness, rather than strength, because the ship “places all eggs in one basket” of making various technologies vulnerable and unwieldy to design and operate.

“I can send several dozen small fishing boats loaded with explosives, floating and wobbly in the water, inching toward the Zumwalt, place the explosives onto its hulls [and] blow many holes in the hull. It will be finished then. The Zumwalt is no good!” the admiral remarked with his signature optimism.

Widely known as China’s “Adm. Gaffe,” Adm. Zhang is a chief weapons specialist and strategist for the Chinese navy, currently serving as a professor at the Chinese military’s Defense University.

The most famous military face on Chinese national TV for the past decade, Adm. Zhang frequently entertains the nation with consistent miscalculations and wacky predictions.

He asserted that the U.S. would never attack Saddam Hussein for fear of getting mired in a Stalingrad-like “people’s war” in Baghdad. That was the day before the assault started in 2003.

He assured the Chinese nation hours before Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi’s demise that Libyan rebels failed to locate Gaddafi’s hiding place.

And one day before North Korea’s failed satellite launch April 14, the admiral announced on Chinese national television that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un would have an “80 percent probability of a launch success.”

Two weeks ago, Adm. Zhang predicted India had only a 60 percent probability of success in launching the Agni-5 ICBM. A couple of days later, India launched the rocket, which was reported to be a 100 percent success.

Putin's a killer. This was the claim made by Fox News journalist; Bill O'Reilly during his recent interview with Donald Trump. Trump's reply came in the form of a simple question. What, you think our country's so innocent?

Never heard of that - how should this work? The guys in CERN didn't even find the higgs boson, did they?

(2) Plasma fusion engines.
(These will make it possible to propel SPACE CRAFTS at close to the SPEED OF LIGHT)

That is indeed being developed in Cadarache, France, under the name ITER. The Obama administration just beefed up their budget for fusion research, so I hope we will see some break-throughs soon in this field. It would be such a relief for mankind if we wouldn't have to depend on such primitive technologies like oil and coal any longer.
If we can then use nuclear fusion in mobile devices, it would help us to reach other stars - an exciting scenario indeed.

(3) Nuclear Fuel Cells.
Exoskeleton will fill the military arsenals!

How's that supposed to work? With peltier elements or plain beta radiating isotope batteries? Is there some decent research going on in this field currently?

No.1
We know that there "should be gravitational pull due to the MASS of the earth" and this would have (or should) have polarity difference at various sector of the globe.. A super conductor with capability to magnify POLARITY SYNTHESIS could possibly allow a CRAFT to fly silently and even act as a FORCE FIELD against enemy craft or speeding PROJECTILES.

No.2
Yes, Under development.

No.3
This is OLD STORY. The Russians and Americans are suposed to have made 100KW fuel cells of such in their space programmes!

This is no time for laughing at no one. It don't matter who they are or what nation. The fact of the matter is that these new super ships have the capacity to kill thousands of people within seconds. I find no humor in this.
