What kind of argument is this?
I mean, the claim that wealth distribution is very unfair in the USA is certainly legitimate. Only because it's even unfairer in China, southeast Asia or Africa doesn't mean that the situation in the USA is good!

That's the same thing as if someone says "Human rights are hurt in Guantanamo" and you answer "doesn't matter, they're hurt all over China much more often!".
A problem is still a problem if others have it too and should be solved.
