The new school of Central China Normal University stunned all students which says"Intimate behaviours between student lovers are forbidden in public places such as classrooms, instuction beuildings and theatre."

Do you think it's reasonable or stupid? {:soso_e153:}

What would be considered intimate behavior? Swapping spit, heavy petting, or copulating?
What would be the punishment?

Good rule: only monkeys are sexual in public (and westerners), but Chinese are supposed to be more evolved.

Your title is a little bit misleading; if the intimate relations are forbidden in the mentioned places (classroom, office buildings and theater) I think it is right. Those are not the places to cuddle and kiss. But it doesn't mention other public places like squares, gardens, etc...

I don't see why it stunned students, it's common sense.

As longzhou wrote it is not forbidden to cuddle and kiss in other public places.
