First we should come up with a system that allows a derisive rant against the hosting government's
most influential newspaper forum for every one of these posted in this forum.
For example, if seneca posts a derisive post about the Chinese government then an equally
derisive post must be allowed in.. say the New York Times forum written by a member of al qaeda.
An equally derisive post must be allowed by most virulent opposition group in every country's
most influential newspaper forum.
Then we'll see how tolerant all those wonderful Western governments are.
