It said that fights between doctors and patients took place in every hospital of Dongguan, Guangdong province, of the past 3 years. Now, the local government published a new regulation in Feb, 2012.The safeguards in hospitals would be armed with police equipments in this regulation.

Addtional information:
A large amount of Chinese think the reform of healthcare launched from late 1990s failed so far. The healthcare minister of central government was also put into jail several years ago.

Actually, fights between doctors and patients happened here and there, not only in Guangdong province, of the past decade. Now, it is one of serious problems in our society.
Did any presentative in National Congress raise the problem and propose any solution? (Are there doctors' representatives in National Congress? Are there patients' (Ordinary Chinese) in National Congress?)

Additional information:
After the housing, healthcare, education, retirement-pension reform launched from 1990s, the party and government employee enjoy a special system from the system for the rest of ordinary Chinese.

From what reported my my attached file, Pentagon already formed huge army of provocators, study enemy's language and social conditions and infiltrate deeper into enemy's society.

It's almost certain they also send their dirty propagandist to China.

We have one here, the phone number guy 468259058.

Chinese pay a lot in taxes, arguably, more than many people in the world

Some of that money should go towards good public health care

If you are an only child, your tax money should pay for the good health of your parents

In the past 3 years, 775 quarrels and fights took place in Dongguan city, Guangdong province.

So, it's a serious problem.

And we need to solve this problem.
