China's forex reserves hit 3.18 trillion USD by end of 2011,
wow soooooooo much money,
really could  ...

Japan's economic structures are different from China,
China's market is huge, and her imports are huge in comparison to Japan,
hence when China opens her market of 1.3 billion people to cash strapped countries around the world,
China will in turn gain market access to more countries that depend on China's market.
Import more, then China could also sell more.
It's a win-win situation, good use of forex reserves of 3.2 trilllion USD.
Please don't shoot, I'm just a babe.
