Sanitation workers in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan province, can get RMB 800 a month, though the local lowest wage line is RMB 1,080.

That is to say, sanitation department of Zhengzhou Municipal government is also breaking the laws and regulations.

After journalists reported this illegal case to the labor management department of Zhengzhou Municipal government, the labor management department promised to investigate the sanitation department in Aug, 2011. However, no following news reports came out after labor management department's promise.
