Of course We have a lot of electronical cards to pay petrol, to pay stuff in supermarkets, to pay travel Fee.

Government officials and government employee, not high-ranking - lower than fu-Ju-level, like those electronical cards so much. There is no trace of bribery and corruption.

we have a debit card in Australia which also functions as a credit card, except you are only using your own money.
