I have been learning English for several years. But my spoken English is very poor. Who can help me?

do not try to talk to fast. keep to simple short sentances. do not try to use long complex words if a simple one will suffice. better to talk a little slower than talk fast and end up with jibberish as your brain starts to mix the chinese and the English, remember it took you years to learn your own language as a child now your brain has to re file all the new languange. and read English comic books out aloud to your self of course

Hi, I have experience in teaching English to people from many countries.  I have been a teacher for over 20 years.  Personally, I think the best way to learn spoken English is to practice actual conversations with people.  This way, they can teach you which words to use and how to use them.

Another good way is to watch American movies once you know enough English to understand most of what is being said.  If you get them on DVD, you can pause and write down words you don't know, then look them up later on.

But those native speakers usually charge obscenely high rates for speaking to them
