Students behaving badly make it much more difficult for other students it the same class to get good grades.

Schools should analyze to discover the causes for poor performance in examinations by their students.
If materials were not taught properly or students could not understand the materials are some aspects to discover through the analysis.

from the picture i just find they are having an exam or a test, because the classroom is not big enough for all students and this phenonmenon is very common in  rural school.
when i was student, i had many exams outside the classroom, but i am a excellent student.

As in punishment, what kind of punishment? is it physical or non physical. I strongly oppose physical punishment. In other punishment like retaking the exam or quiz until the marks are adequate like 80/100 I'll support, e.g.g if a student is has low grade designate that student into a special classes with other students that didn't do so well and teach them to go through the same concepts with special intention to make the students excel like providing quick snacks during study breaks. Review the concepts the day later.
