depends on the rice

borwn rice and wild rice are nutritious

polished white rice is lacking in vitamins

but people crave rice, even ex whitey POWs of Nippon

potatoes are very rich in vitamin c, at least raw, but not very tasty raw

do you know if potatoes are better for environment?
