Once again, it's all about the West's dependency on China's Rare Earth Minerals.
So what's the problem reaction solution?
Solution is invasion on North Korea which has a lot of Rare Earth Metals too.
While China is mining and supplying to the world by quota only.
On the other hand, North Korea has yet to mine and explore.
So obviously these 'Rare Earth Metals' are in a very limited supply, and in high demand for the future.
