CCTV also raised the question based on a record of commands and dialogues coming and going through Dispatching Center.

The time flow of the record was from about 1 hour before the accident to several minutes after the accident.

The Journalists tried to check if the record was true or false, but failed. Almost all of officials and workers in local station failed to tell whether true or false in the interview.
