For types of reasons, China's government would release one of those accidents from time to time. China's government can't block all of them though most of them were filtered and blocked.
It's legal to organize the organizations to defend Diaoyu island in Taiwan and Hong Kong. It is still illegal in mainland China.
Chinese in Taiwan and Hong Kong can go to street to express protest against Japanese claim on Diaoyu island. But it is illegal in mainland China.
It's an example between Japan and China.
Was any Japanese fishermen arrested near Diaoyu island area by government in Beijing or government in Taipei?
At least Japan's Government dare to fine and arrest many Chinese fishermen from mainland China and Taiwan.
But government in Beijing dare not to arrest any Japanese fisherman near Diaoyu island, Right?
As for the case in South China Sea
hehehe. Please list an example in South China Sea between Vietnam and China, between Phillippines and China.
