In many areas, Policeman were stationed in the hospital after some conflicts had taken place.

However, in the past few of years, the conflicts between patients and doctors were going larger and larger in many areas around China.

Housing reform, Education reform, healthcare reform, retirement fund reform...
These reform began from the late 1990s.

However, now 2 different systems formed, one for government officials, another for oridnary Chinese with city-hukou.

Most of violent social conflicts in the past few years were from housing market, especially from the land acquisition.
