Has state-ordered murder ever been NOT "premeditated murder"?
So, when the hangman gets killed by the last survivor of the tribe, who is going to kill the survivor off? Surely the ...
..........................................................................................

I am surprised at you as that is an extremely poor answer ...........

Humans live in collectives and collectives construct rules ........

And just like jumping from a cliff .........

The result is pre-meditated suicide ..........

It is still the choice the individual takes that makes the difference ..............

Hmmmm....

"Injured student (Ming Yafeng) sits for Gaokao after car crash" is an article carried by CD on the front page.

What does this have to do with Yao and this thread?

Well, both Yao and Ming were students and both involved in car accidents.

One returned to the scene of the accident to finish the job. The other, despite losing some teeth and part of his scalp and spending days in the hospital, went on to sit the gaokao without complaints and making any excuses...

Kinda makes me wonder; wonder who's going to laud his courage, wonder who's going to credit the system that raised him.... like those who condemned the system for not giving Yao values, and then condemned the system for punishing him...

Yawnnnnn......!

He is not a kid. He was driving a car --- hit somebody and then went back to cover it up...........that requires thinking, malice intent and of course -- blind stupidity!!!.

I feel sorry for his ...

A kids wont get a driving license in China.

Afterall he commited a murder in a cool brain.

A kid would take the victim to the hospital or call the police.

Why you are singing for yao not a  word for the victim whose earning feed the family.

Yao's main crime is he came back and stab 8 times to make sure she is dead.

Yao's punishment would be a lesson for other upgrowing teenage who are with knife all the time.
